We offer free expedited shipping to all locations in Canada and United States for orders over $50CAD.
* Shipments that require extra shipping charges imposed by Canada Post may not qualify for free shipping. This is a rare occurrence and applies to: shipments of excessive weight, shipments arriving to extremely rural areas or bulk orders that can not be combined.

Please note that the shipping times indicated are calculated based on the date the package leaves our store, not from when you make the order. Orders typically take one business day to be packaged and shipped from our distribution center. Days are measured in business days, not including weekends or holidays.

Shipping to the US takes approximately 2-5 weeks with expedited shipping. XpressPost shipping takes 1-3 weeks. (May take longer to Hawaii, Alaska, military addresses and other non-standard addresses).

Expedited shipping takes approximately 2-14 days in Canada. XpressPost shipping usually takes less than a week.

If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return the item in its original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will credit your account.

The return process

1. Obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). For your convenience, by emailing: customerservice@allabouthealthyskin.com with your Confirmation number (found in the upper right corner of your Order Confirmation).
2. Include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product's original packaging.
3. Include a copy of your packing slip and RMA# with your return shipment.

Customers are responsible for return shipment charges. To ensure that we receive your return package, we do recommend using a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

Policy

Obtain an RMA number and return your product within 30 days of receipt of your order.

• Customers must obtain an RMA # and return their item(s) within 30 days of receipt of their order. Return shipments received without an RMA cannot qualify for a credit.
• Returned products are subject to inspection by allAboutHealthySkin.com staff. All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items must be returned together and intact. Returned products may not be altered, more than 50% used, or damaged.
• If a Coupon was used on the purchase containing the returned merchandise, the value of the Coupon will be credited first. Any remaining amount will be credited against the payment type(s) used in the original transaction. The Coupon can be used toward another purchase prior to its original expiration date; otherwise it will be forfeited.
• Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer's expense or destroyed upon request. Credit eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse issuing a credit on any return shipment.
• We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.  
• Please make sure that you qualify before returning your items. If you have any questions or concerns or are unclear as to whether or not you may qualify for a refund, contact: customerservice@allabouthealthyskin.com.  Customers pay for return shipment charges.

Returned items will be processed and approved credits issued within five (5) business days of receipt.
